I just placed an order. When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are shipped or emailed by the next business day unless the event is taking place on the same day of your order or marked with a later on-hand date.
Are tickets listed on the site next to each other? Yes, all tickets on the site are next to each other. In some instances when tickets are not seated next to each other there will be a specific note informing the customer that the tickets are apart, either by row(s) or seat(s) in between.
What are your shipping options? “E-tickets” (when available) are always emailed free of charge. FedEx Saver (delivery in 3-4 business days) is $15 per order. FedEx Standard Overnight is $25 (next business day delivery – order must be placed by 2:00pm PST for delivery on the following day).
How will I get my tickets if the event is in less than 24 hours? If the "e-ticket" option appears under the delivery box at checkout, tickets will be emailed to you. Below are other delivery options that may be available when the event is less than 48 hours. Rest assured that your tickets are guaranteed on-time for your event.
Local pick-up - We partner with local businesses where you will be able to pick-up your tickets the day of the event. Location is usually within two miles of the venue. You will need to present your I.D. and credit card to receive your tickets.
Will call – Tickets will be available for pick-up at the box office of the venue, tickets are generally available for pick-up starting one hour before the event. You will need to present your I.D. and credit card to receive your tickets.
Flash Transfer– Flash seats is a new method of delivery in which no paper tickets are issued. Tickets are digital and the buyer is required to create and account on flashseats.com or via the Flash Seats app. The tickets are then delivered to the buyer via the flash seats account. You will need to present your tickets from the app at the venue entrance for scanning or you can connect your ID to your account and bring your ID to gain entry.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box? No, tickets are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. To insure that you receive your tickets we require signature upon delivery. If you do not have a physical address we can ship to a FedEx near you where you will be able to pick-up your tickets or we can ship to a work address.
Can I ship my tickets to another address other than my billing address OR to someone else? Yes we can but a copy of your I.D. with a note releasing tickets to another party must be supplied. For this option please contact our office after placing your order (323) 230-8816.
Why are similar tickets showing at different prices? Tickets are listed on a network where private parties set their own prices. We offer assistance with your search to find you the best value ticket(s).
Why is the price on my ticket(s) different than the amount I paid? Our prices are based on supply and demand and you may pay higher than the original price OR you may pay lower than the original price printed on the ticket. At I Need Tickets we believe in transparency. If you would like to know the original price of a ticket before purchasing we will be happy to supply that information.
If I wait till the day of the show will tickets be cheaper? Sometimes prices go down and sometimes price go up based on supply and demand, not time. Time is only one of many factors that affect the price. You can track price changes on our website.
My event was reschedule, can I return the tickets? Rescheduled events are normally NOT subject to a refund unless the event is completely cancelled without a new date. In most instances the same tickets are good for the new date. If needed new tickets with the new date will be sent to you.
Please note when purchasing tickets that selecting standard or express delivery via mail does not guarantee that you will receive a "hard" ticket. You may still receive a printed pdf file of your ticket.
